What is this survey about?
This survey is part of the PROSPECTS project (Propelling to Result-Oriented Strategies in Planning, Evaluation, and Continuous Transformation in Settlement), funded by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It aims to understand the evaluation capacity, challenges, and needs of organizations in the settlement sector in Canada (outside Quebec).
Who should complete this survey?
We are looking for responses from:Management staff with an overall view of the organization’s or department’s evaluation practices (e.g., Executive Director, Director, Senior Manager, etc.), and/or,Frontline staff involved in evaluation activities (e.g., collecting data, managing data, using findings, etc.).Please ensure that no more than one or two people per organization complete the survey.

Why should I participate?
Your input will help shape the development of training, tools, and resources to support evaluation in the settlement sector. This is your chance to ensure your organization’s needs are reflected.
How long will it take?
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your responses are confidential. Information that directly identifies you or your organization will only be used for research purposes and will not appear in any reports. Only SRDC researchers working on this project will have access to the data.
Is participation voluntary?
Yes. Completing the survey is completely voluntary. By submitting your responses, you are providing your consent to participate.
